Kelly has been involved in commercial real estate investment and development since 2003. Prior to joining Fort Bend Real Estate Corporation, Kelly worked for Merrill Lynch, where she facilitated investments in high yield commercial real estate debt and equity secured by institutional properties. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance and achieved her CCIM designation in 2008. Kelly serves as a Court Appointed Advocate with Child Advocates, Inc for children in custody of the Department of Family and Protective Services and serves on the Boards of Directors for the following organizations: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Director of Education; Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors, Director of Communication; Imperial Performing Arts, Inc.; and Venetian Estates Property Owners Association.

With over 35 years in the Title Insurance industry, I bring experience and seasoning to the closing table. Started out the day I got out of High School and have loved this business ever since. Several years were spent closing US Homes back in the early 80's. Fell in love with Commercial transactions in the RTC days. Have successfully managed 2 title companies in a more rural, small town setting. That has led to great exposure to mineral pipeline, leasing and complex surveying challenges. Very involved with TLTA on several committees whose focus is serving the Real Estate community.
